Sandra Santos
Sandra Santos brings together many decades of senior leadership professional experience in Europe and is, by nature, a bridge between worlds. Her mission is to connect people and companies - sharing knowledge to help others to grow.
Over more than 15 years she has recruited for many vacancies, interviewed far more than a thousand people and reviewed thousands of CVs in Germany and Switzerland; that is why she knows what European employers seek when hiring. She passes precisely that judgment on to the professionals she accompanies.
Guided by values, she is inspired by Viktor Frankl when reflecting on life's meaning and by Hildegard of Bingen, pursuing a holistic view about life and one's career path. She holds firmly to Nietzsche's words: “Werde, der du bist” - become who you - truly - are.
As a bridge between people and companies, ViaNova combines more than three decades of experience in the European economy with strategic partnerships in areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science/Machine Learning. With creativity, flexibility and a broad network of contacts, the company is born from a mission to connect talent, opportunities and new paths, also in Brazil.
ViaNova is the natural continuation of Connex Consulting, a career consulting firm founded earlier and active for nearly 18 years, from 2008 to 2026.
